She made history as the first Black female mayor in Montgomery County, NC, defeating a 39-year incumbent. As Executive Director of the Sandhills Cooperation Association, she has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into historically-excluded communities across five North Carolina counties.
As the founder of Prepare2Impact and The Wisdomnaire Mindset, she has dedicated her career to equipping purpose-driven women with the strategy, resources, and confidence to lead without limits.
